You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Platform. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Accounts for users under 16 are not permitted.

If you use the Platform on behalf of a brand, creator business, or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy is required at sign-up. We record the time of acceptance for compliance purposes.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting, you grant Fashion Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Platform.

Platform software, trademarks, design, and branding remain the property of Fashion Platform or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse Platform IP except as expressly allowed.

Creators and brands must follow applicable advertising rules, including clear Sponsored / Ad disclosure for collaborations and gifting arrangements. Brand-safety and content standards apply to tagged and commercial posts.

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or content that violates another person’s rights.

Product information, pricing, and availability may come from brands or third parties. Purchases may be completed on or off Platform subject to the seller’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party fulfilment except where we expressly state otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or Platform policies. You may request account deletion through in-product settings; personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fashion Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
