Support and communications data when you contact Help & Support, and cookie / similar technology data on the web as described below.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to create and secure accounts, personalise feeds and recommendations (including style-quiz signals), enable messaging and social features, process creator/brand workflows, show required advertising disclosures, improve the Platform, and meet legal obligations.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
On the web, we use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and analytics. On first visit you can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the cookie consent banner. You can learn more in this policy and adjust preferences where offered.
4. Sharing
We share data with service providers that help us operate the Platform (for example hosting, email, payments, analytics, and media processing), with brands or creators where needed for commerce or collaboration features, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood in consumer privacy laws.
5. International transfers and storage
Personal data may be stored in EU/UK regions or other locations with appropriate safeguards where transfers occur, consistent with GDPR / UK GDPR requirements for the relevant launch markets.
6. Retention and deletion
You may request account deletion through Account settings. After a deletion request, personal data is removed within 30 days, subject to limited retention required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
For Australian users, we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988, as confirmed by client legal counsel for the Australian launch market.
8. Children’s privacy
The Platform is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly create accounts for users under 16. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
